On July 10, 2018, the Government Contact Center visited the Head of the State Archival Service Tetyana Baranova and the head of the Department of Archival Studies and special branches of historical science of the Kyiv National University. Taras Shevchenko, Doctor of Historical Sciences Marina Palienko.
Acting Director of the institution Elena Antonenko thanked Tatiana Baranova for her repeated visit to the Government Contact Center and informed about the changes that took place at the Center. In particular, the introduction of web-communication on the use of Skype-communication for people with speech and hearing impairments.
The guests of the Center told about a significant event for all archivists of Ukraine – documents of the National Archival Fond of Ukraine were first included in the International Register of the UNESCO Program “Memory of the World”. The head of the Ukrderzharkhiv responded to the citizens’ request regarding the issue of information about participation in hostilities during the Second World War, the death and place of burial of relatives; deadlines for storing documents on personnel issues (personnel); possible place of storage of documents on personnel issues (personnel) of liquidated enterprises (institutions, organizations).
